Tax process on paper

I see and hear it so often. Beautifully designed processes for all sorts of tax jobs. Compliance, Controversy, Reporting, Projects… But very often, there is a gap between how the process is designed on paper vs how the process is being implemented and executed in practice, on a daily basis.

Operationalising your processes, governance and controls are one of the hardest things for in-house tax leaders. There is only 1 way to get there:
